We previously showed the debut of Taco Bell’s Super Delicious Ingredient Force. This Super Friends parody was hilarious, way better than the crap Taco Bell usually comes out with. Check out this commercial where a girl carries around some sort of bacon taco in her purse to attract guys.

Somebody who smells like bacon isn’t going to turn me on, it’s going to make me wonder why they jumped into a kiddie pool full of bacon grease, presumably old bacon grease if they aren’t all burned and disfigured. The quality, or lack thereof, of this and other Taco Bell commercials make it that much more surprising that Taco Bell would have as hilarious an idea as the Super Delicious Ingredient Force. This week the SDIF tackles the problem of stoned college students fighting the late night munchies while playing some disc on the quad. Will these chill bros be saved in time?! Tune in and find out! The old Super Friends cartoon was pretty ridiculous. It is still fun to watch, but that is because we like to laugh at the pure cheesiness of it. The animation was poor, the dialogue was subpar, yet it had a great amount of success. The same can be said for Taco Bell. They don’t have the best ingredients, you might get hepatitis from their burritos, but we still can’t stop eating there. It sounds like the two were made for each other.

Taco Bell has gone above and beyond with their newest ad campaign, featuring animated shorts of characters with a definite Super Friends kind of vibe to them. Even the animation and subpar dialogue is similar. The Super Delicious Ingredient Force is absolutely hilarious. It is a shame that Taco Bell doesn’t always have commercials of this quality, in fact, most of their commercials are terrible.
